for SF-1019
Argyll Biotechnologies, LLC a closely held Delaware Limited Liability Company headquartered in La Jolla, California. The Company, established in August of 2004, has consulting arrangements with many cutting edge institutions, individual scientists and disease specific specialists whose driving force is discovering agents that potentiate the immune response.
Argyll Biotechnologies, LLC has transferred to Immunosyn Corporation the world-wide rights to market, sell and distribute SF-1019 by way of an exclusive license agreement.
Roles and responsibilities retained by Argyll Biotechnologies, LLC are to: Manage and control all scientific and medical research relating to SF-1019 and its future iterations; Manage product manufacturing, storage and delivery of SF-1019 to Immunosyn; Obtain regulatory approvals in the appropriate markets and jurisdictions; Monitor after sale product safety; Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Patent applications have been filed in selected countries around the world. Argyll Biotechnologies, LLC has initiated the approval process in several countries and preparations for clinical trials in humans are underway in both the US and Europe. They will continue to pursue regulatory approval for SF-1019 with the compassionate goal of SF-1019 potentially becoming a first line defense for mainstream medical practitioners.
