Stephen D. Ferrone
CEO, President and Board Member

Mr. Ferrone is a veteran marketing and sales executive with demonstrated national leadership of strategic and tactical distribution initiatives through intermediary channels. He has a proven career of growing and managing businesses including nine years of service with ABN AMRO Asset Management as genesis architect of its marketing strategy and responsibility for its mutual fund and separate accounts distribution network.

Mr. Ferrone is a graduate of Northwestern University and Loyola School of Law and began his professional career in Chicago, Illinois as a felony trial prosecutor for Cook County. He later transitioned into the field of comprehensive wealth management as a principal in a successful fee-based money management practice, a concept that was still new at that time. He sold his interest in that business to become Regional Marketing Director at Schwab Institutional where he opened the Midwest office. He built and led a team providing technology solutions to asset managers, achieving a 76% per year increase in sales with consistent top ranked profitability. Subsequently, as the National Sales Director for ABN AMRO, Mr. Ferrone set the strategic marketing plan and led the sales team he created to raise net new investment sales of over $9 billion dollars over his nine-year tenure.

Mr. Ferrone later headed distribution for MORNINGSTAR’s managed accounts group, initiating critical new platform relationships and introducing a consultative value-added sales approach. Recently, he provided strategic consulting services to the financial and biotech industries where he became associated with the principals of Argyll Biotech and is presently engaged as an officer of Immunosyn Corporation.

Douglas A. McClain, Jr.
Chairman of the Board, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Mr. McClain brings his extensive management experience to Immunosyn Corporation. He has been a has been a major influence in the development and promotion of SF-1019, through his role as President of Argyll Biotechnologies, LLC.

In 1996, he graduated with a BBA in finance from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and Economics in Georgia.  During that time, Mr. McClain completed internships in Asia, Australia and throughout Europe. After which, he became a financial advisor with American Express Financial Advisors / IDS Life (AEFA) achieving the Series 7, Series 63 and all applicable insurance licenses.  Mr. McClain managed over $20 million and was also a key driver in the development of a new advisory team ranked as the fourth office in the country in less than two years. 

Mr. McClain joined a major Chicago based business consulting firm as a Senior Executive in 1999, where he was jointly responsible for creating and developing its mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance divisions; successfully assisting more than 200 small to medium size private and public businesses to raise over $200 million in capital.  Mr. McClain was also an independent consultant, through which he was involved in project financing for a range of companies from start-ups to well-established companies requiring financing and/or expansion capital assistance. 

In 2002, Mr. McClain co-founded The Argyll Group, LLC (The Argyll Group), a boutique private equity investment banking and corporate finance firm.  The Argyll Group specializes in offering a broad spectrum of private equity investment banking and institutional and corporate financial services.  As a Managing Member, Mr. McClain is responsible for overall corporate management and development of four offices, twenty five plus employees and independent contractors and hundreds of millions in annual revenue (see website for additional details on The Argyll Group at www.theargyllgroup.com). His predominant focus today is heading Argyll Biotechnologies, LLC, a subsidiary of The Argyll Group, in addition to his role with Immunosyn Corporation.

Myron W. Wentz, Ph.D.
Board Member

Dr. Wentz is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of USANA Health Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: USNA).

Dr. Wentz, 67, founded USANA in 1992 and has been the Chairman and CEO since its inception. USANA is a public company that develops and manufactures nutritional and personal care products that are sold directly to preferred customers and associates throughout the world.

In 1974, Dr. Wentz founded Gull Laboratories (the former parent company of USANA) and served as President and Chairman from 1974 to 1994. During this time Gull developed, manufactured and marketed medical diagnostic test kits designed to detect infectious diseases, particularly those caused by viruses, which were used in private and hospital laboratories around the world. In 1994 Gull was sold to Fresenius, a German medical products company, although Dr. Wentz continued as Chairman until 1998. Also in 1998, Dr. Wentz founded Sanoviv Medical Institute, a holistic medical facility located on the Pacific Coast near Rosarito Beach, Mexico.

Dr. Wentz received his doctorate from the University of Utah, an MS degree in microbiology from the University of North Dakota and a BS degree in biology from North Central College in Illinois.
